DAUDI NDAKAMA’S STORY ( Village boy )
Daudi is 12yrs old and in STD 4. He lives with his mother and two sisters. His father abandoned them when Daudi
was still very young. He is one of our very clever pupils. His mother sells fish to provide for her family.
Daudi says “ I love my school Bethany, before I came here I would go a day or two without food, at the Bethany
school we have breakfast and lunch. I eat well and this helps me to learn well in class. I really thank God for the
Bethany school because I get all the school needs like books, uniform, shoes and pens. When I finish school I want
to be a policeman so that I can protect people. I pray for our supporters because they have helped us a lot, if it
wasn’t for Bethany school I would have been a fisherman, so thank you so much.”
