Meeting Format: Our Monthly meetings are very informal affairs, about two dozen people - sometimes more attend, including most of the UK team. After introducing new people who have come for the first time we talk about the news from Bethany Tanzania and any news from the UK. The tea and coffee flows freely and we aim to finish about 4pm. Prospective volunteers are welcome to stay longer for informal chats etc and to hear more about the history of Bethany etc.

From the M66 traveling north the motorway becomes the A56. Soon after this take the slip road sign posted for Accrington and you will go for another couple of miles to a roundabout. At the roundabout take the first exit signposted Accrington. Through Baxenden down the hill (2miles approx) which eventually becomes ‘Manchester Road’. At the bottom of Manchester Road look out on the left for Christ Church Street. If you overshoot you will pass on the left a redundant firestation next to the police station. If you pass these you have gone to far.
