Awards for the week at the Friday afternoon assembly
Above you see a group of children having received their awards.  Each week on a Friday afternoon the school has a special assembly at which the awards are presented. Our school has been registered since July and in January we will start admitting the youngest and poorest children from the local village.  He have places for 45 new children who will join toddlers, reception and std 1.
Above you see progress of our new teachers accommodation unit which will house our ten UK trained teachers.  There are 6 bedrooms each with a washbasin, a large lounge/work area, two showers and two WC’s.  We hope to include a couple of solar panels as the mains electricity is sometimes off all day.
Above; children with their new school uniforms. Our numbers will rise to over 100 children in our primary school from January with approx a third coming from the local village and two thirds will be our resident children.  We are not a fee paying school as none of the children we accept would be able to afford a fee.
